The patient’s issues in this case were

  • AN EXTREMELY NARROW UPPER JAW
  • A NARROW LOWER JAW
  • EXTREME CROWDING
  • THE LOWER JAW IS INVERTED INWARD (NOTICE THE ANGLE OF THE LOWER TEETH)

After expanding, moving forward and aligning the jaws, the patient is enjoying much better breathing.

Due to the patient now breathing through her nose, the health of her gums has improved immeasurably.

NO EXTRACTION was necessary.
